We're here to guide you on a journey to optimal health and relaxation.

Traditional THAI MASSAGE

The benefit of Traditional Thai massage include those of other types of massages, such as improved circulation, release of muscle tension, mobility and flexibility, as well as stress relief. If you are looking for a more holistic approach to bodywork while being clothed, Traditional Thai massage is a good choice!

The head massage targets key pressure points on the head, neck, and shoulders. This type of massage incorporates gentle pressure, kneading, and circular motions to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation in the targeted areas, leaving clients feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Pediatric Massage

Our RMTs offer specialized massages for children, eligible for coverage under parents' extended health insurance benefits. Tailored to suit young ones, these sessions aim to support their well-being and relaxation. For smaller children, our 30 and 45min pediatric sessions may be more suitable.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is essentially the same as a gentle relaxation massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes. The primary purpose will be to help you relax, and the massage therapist will probably move their hands at a slower pace and use light pressure.

FOOT MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY

The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are “reflex” areas on the feet and hands the correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body. The reflexologist presses on these points to help stimulate the corresponding organs and help to release energy blockages.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

If you are suffering from chronic muscle tension or lingering pain from a previous injury, deep tissue massage may be the answer. Focusing on the connective tissue rather than superficial fascia, deep tissue massage is specifically intended to release muscle tension and alleviate painful knots. Deep tissue massage can be an excellent way to break up scar tissue from previous injuries and help the body release toxins, promoting healthier blood and oxygen circulation.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage, also referred to as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), is a technique effective in managing lymphedema. However, it's not limited to lymphedema patients. MLD supports optimal fluid balance, enhances blood circulation, and boosts the immune system. At our clinic, our therapists incorporate gua sha rocks to enhance the benefits of the massage.

ACUPRESSURE

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique similar in principle to Acupuncture. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through “meridians” in the body. In treatment, physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices. Pressing on the acupuncture points along the meridians stimulate the meridian system, help in managing muscle pain, remove the blockages, enhance the blood circulation, and improve the body immune system.

Cupping Massage Therapy

Cupping Massage Therapy is the method of using glass or plastic cups to create localized pressure through suction. It is like reverse massage. When you feel pain in the muscle, that means the blood with oxygen and nutrients cannot flow through that area, and toxins have accumulated there. This therapy is used to dispel stagnation of metabolic waste, and increase blood circulation.

CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that aims to enhance the body's own healing capabilities. It is used by osteopaths, chiropractors, and massage therapists. The therapist palpates the movement of cerebrospinal fluid and helps to release any restrictions in the flow. You remain clothed throughout the treatment.

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE : What is a prenatal massage?

Prenatal massages are adapted for the anatomical changes you go through during pregnancy. In a traditional massage, you might spend half the time lying face-down on your stomach (which is not possible with a baby belly) and half the time facing up (a position that puts pressure on a major blood vessel that can disrupt blood flow to your baby and leave you feeling nauseous). But as your shape and posture changes, a trained massage therapist will make accommodations with special cushioning systems or holes that allow you to lie on your side with the support of pillows and cushions.

We provide professional massage at a fair value. We offer 30, 45, 60, 75 & 90-minute massage therapy treatments. Covered by extended health insurance.
