Hello Everyone, Thai Oasis (and Balance Acupuncture) is open all year round except for Christmas Day and New Year Day.

1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment begins.
2. For RMT Massage and Acupuncture, a health history and consent form must be completed prior to your appointment for new clients or for existing clients with yearly update. You can fill out the form online once you book your appointments.
3. We do provide direct billing to your insurance company. In case you want to use our service of direct billing. You may ask us to email you a Direct Billing Authorization Form for you to fill out. Unfortunately, without your insurance plan information and your authorization for direct billing, we are unable to provide direct billing for you.
4. LATE ARRIVAL and CANCELLATION POLICY: The therapist may reduce the duration of your massage in respect for the next client, and charge you for the full amount you booked. : If you are unable to make your appointment, you may cancel online or let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we have time to fill in the space with our clients on the waitlist. All therapists are self-employed and are paid by commission, which means if you don't show up without letting us know beforehand, they will lose the income for that time slot.
5. NO insurance receipt will be provided for non-RMT services. If you need a receipt for insurance claims, please select a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Only a receipt will be provided for RMT or R.Ac services.
