Thai Oasis (and Milton Acupuncture) is open all year round, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

1. If you have not completed your health history and direct billing forms in advance, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow sufficient time to do so. Health history forms must be updated once per year.
2. Direct billing may be available depending on your insurance provider and plan. To use this service, your insurance information and authorization must be provided. Without this information, we are unable to submit claims on your behalf.
3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next client’s appointment time, while the full service fee will still apply. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel online or notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer the time to clients on our waitlist. All therapists are self-employed and paid by commission; missed appointments without notice result in lost income for the practitioner.
4. Direct billing and insurance receipts are provided only for services performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac). Please see our Direct Billing Info.
